“John Garrido is a 42 year old Lieutenant in the Chicago Police Department, having served the public as an officer for the past 18 years. Garrido is also a practicing attorney with Northwest Legal Service, LLP that he and his police department partner established in August of 2006.

Garrido has worked in many different divisions of the Chicago Police Department including homicide, narcotics, and tactical division.

Garrido is a 2001 graduate of Lewis University and 2006 graduate of John Marshall Law School.

Garrido believes there needs to be a “fresh approach” to County Government.”
